GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
o Registration of the participant should be completed on or before 27th Feb 2019 till 9.00 AM to the event. Registration forms will be available at registration corner.
o Registration fees will be 100 Rs./group for Story by Art, Face Painting, Rangoli, Wall Painting and 50 Rs./group for Mehandi. Participants of Ashoka Institute of technology & management may need not to pay the registration fees.
o Participant found to be breaking the rules will be disqualified on exceeding time or deviating from the theme or unsatisfactory explanation.
o Participants who are late will not be given extra time.
o Vulgarity and obscenity will not be entertained in any form.
o Final decision in all matters will remain with the judges. Participants must remain until the judge’s decision is announced.
